Mutual Funds involve risk including risk including the possible loss of principal. Of course, there is no guarantee that any investment strategy will achieve its objectives.

Diversification does not ensure profit or prevent losses and there is no guarantee that any investment strategy will achieve its objectives, generate profits or avoid losses. The success of the Fund’s hedging strategy will also be subject to the Adviser’s ability to continually recalculate, readjust, and execute hedges in an efficient and timely manner.  An imperfect correlation between such hedging instruments may prevent the Fund form achieving the intended hedge or expose the Fund to risk of loss.

The AmericaFirst Quantitative Funds are distributed by Arbor Court Capital.

SELL IN MAY AND WALK AWAY

SEASONAL ROTATION FUND

Sell in May & Go Away...

The concept of "Sell in May and Go Away" can be traced over 200 years ago in the United Kingdom.  The trading phenomena has been shown to provide abnormal returns regardless of global domicile.

AmericaFirst Research has also observed a material difference in historical returns during the November through April period versus the remainder of the year.  In an attempt to take advantage of this historical anomaly, the AmericaFirst Seasonal Rotation Fund implements the following approach:

November through April – FAVOR STOCKS

  • The AmericaFirst Seasonal Rotation Fund will favor stocks from industries that have consistently outperformed the S&P 500 Index during the months of November through April.

May through October – FAVOR BONDS

  • The Fund favors intermediate-term government bonds May through October.
